How on earth do I buy credits on Paypal?

This is beyond silly. PLEASE take my money. Same problem, I have a domain, want to use it. I get a page with no links telling me all the reasons why I can’t use my domain (including I have 0 credits).

I want to add my domain (9trois.fr) to my blog but I don’t know how to buy 10 credits.
What’s more I have bought an option (30 credits) that I didn’t want by making a wrong manipulation and I want to use these credits for the addition of my domain. Is it possible?
If it isn’t possible, how to buy 10 credits in order to add my domain??

I have the same complaint as above. I have a domain name – ending in .ca – you know your neighbour to the north who spells “neighbor” differently but otherwise is much the same. (Except for the health care of course, but you wouldn’t hold that against us, would you?) I would even consider spending the extra to create one of your domains using .com BUT there’s no way to do it. Phooey on you!

I live in Canada as well and am not sure what, exactly, the issue is.
Do you have a pre-existing Paypal account? If not, set that up. THEN try to use the Upgrade. It’s incredibly slick. I added a domain using .com to a blog yesterday and it was mind-bogglingly simple: wordpress.com also supports .ca domains. But I already have a Paypal account. Maybe that’s the issue.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who is having difficulties with this process! I own a .com domain through GoDaddy and tried to add it under “Upgrades > Domains” but I need 10 credits but there is no way to purchase those credits! Grrr. Has anyone figured out how to purchase these credits and apply it to a .com domain you already own? Thanks for the help!
