How renew Premium plan?

How can I renew my Premium plan? The WordPress website seems to offer only the possibility to upgrade to the Business plan.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

How many username accounts do you have and which one registered the blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
You have to be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access it and renew any upgrades for it.
If you are not logged in under the correct username then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another account
The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:

Provided you login in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade(s) you can renew upgrades at > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.

I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

The account was originally set up by a summer student, Michelle Park, who is now long gone. She left me with just this info:
account name = cosmoguide.org
account id = [redacted by mod]
password = [redacted by mod]I have no other WordPress accounts/blogs, and have no other information about this account.

What is curious is that I apparently could upgrade this account to the “Business” level using the login info I’m using. I just can’t renew the account at the current “Premium” level.

Could someone from WordPress call me at [redacted by mod] to see if this can be straightened out?

Staff like darnelldibbles, Happiness Engineer always follow-up every thread they post into and will remove your phone number and all private information you posted above. There is no phone support here and posting a phone number means spammers get it as this is public support forum that everyone with internet access can view.
Companies, groups and organizations of any kind do not own blogs.
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:

After the blog’s owner logs in clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username account, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

If you do not have the required access you need to contact the employees who registered these accounts and sites under them and have them transfer the sites to your username account by using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
If you check each and every possible email address and account and are not successful gaining access to the blog(s) then you must complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff, and provide proof ownership, so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums, which are available to everyone with internet access.
Support Staff cannot breach the privacy policy and provide the log-in information. You have to provide proof ownership to Account Recovery Staff to gain access https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
If you cannot provide proof ownership to Account Recovery Staff, so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums, which are available to everyone with internet access, then you have reached a dead end.

Hi there,
The account was originally set up by a summer student, Michelle Park, who is now long gone.
You should see if you can somehow contact Michelle and see if she has the upgrade under her personal account. She did not place it under the cosmoguidecha account.
If she set everything up, she is the only one that has the credentials to access the upgrade.
