How restore content to old theme, make NEW second blog with DIFFERENT content?

  I tried to make a second blog for a particular photo gallery, and it transferred all of my old content from my Quintus themed blog, which I wanted to stay as is …. I LIKE it the old way, now it is destroyed and this new theme that I don’t yet understand is a mess and I can’t use it for the desired purpose. HOW CAN I RESTORE MY OLD BLOG? How do I make 2 entirely different blogs? (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  How do I make 2 entirely different blogs?

  Option 1
  Register a new blog under the same username account and email address http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Option 2
  Log out of WordPress.com and clear your browser cache and cookies. http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/ Then without logging in register a new username account, under and different email address, and then register a blog under it.
