    Why don’t you stop running around here spreading panic?

    “WordPress” both .ORG & .COM power about 20% of new web sites, including parts of such small sites as CNN, Tech Crunch, too many major news sites to keep count.

    If “WordPress” was as bad as you keep claiming it would not have such market share. Both .ORG & .COM take security very seriously. The article was probably about .ORG installs ran by idiots, using bad passwords, outdated software and the such, also sites have had cases where they don’t do proper security on the supporting system.

    Follow the advice given above in this thread and you should be fine.
