How search engine can find me?

    Dear Sir

    I just imported all my articles from HK Yahoo Blog into WordPress few days ago.

    Since my articles contain many information about wine. When I type the name of wine at those proper search engine such as Google or Yahoo. The search engine can only found my articles at Yahoo Blog but not WordPress. I wonder how can I improve this situation.

    Simple SEO Tips

    1) Make sure every post is keyword optimized. But this doesn’t mean you will use the Keyword in every sentence. Keywords should comprise only 3 to 5 percent of the total word count of your post.

    2) The title should be keyword optimized.

    3) Create other blogs that will link to your blog posts. Make sure that your blog post is linked via keywords in your other blogs.

    4) Post videos and pictures to ensure variety.

    5) Create your own community by commenting at other people’s blogs.

    Did you have a custom domain name at HK Yahoo? If so then at least the search traffic will end up on your new site

    If not – then you are starting off from the start and it will take 4 to 6 weeks for you to be indexed

    It will take several weeks for search engines to re-index your site. Make sure you have made at least a few Posts on your new blog here. That will help search engines to know you have moved

    The advice above is nice general SEO advice but will not really do anything for your new address issue
