  Hi there,

  For readers to get notifications of new posts on your site, they need to subscribe to it themselves. You cannot send notifications to anyone unless they opt into that.

  To automatically share new posts on your site to Facebook, you can find the instructions here:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/

  Note that this only works with Facebook pages, not with your personal Facebook profile.
