My Name is Muhamad Ahmad Mankosh and All my Photos and Personal information is being posted on that blog while WordPress refuses to act against this or send me reply regarding my reports.

What should I do?? I heard there was a ticket but I did not receive any tickets or such.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Every time an Abuse report is completed and submitted to Terms of Service Staff it becomes what’s referred to as a “ticket”.

Terms of Service complaints are matters that are not discussed on these public support forums that are available to all with internet access. Provided you have specific grounds to complain, you file a complaint and submit it to WordPress.COM Terms of Service Staff and wait patiently for a reply.

Staff work through all email support “tickets” in chronological order based on datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.

How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.

Creating multiple tickets and posting multiple support forum threads is counterproductive. Doing that moves the datestamps timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response.
