How someone visit my blog if they aren't on Twitter or Facebook?

My family tries to access my blog but some of them are not on Twitter or Facebook and could not visit my blog.
I didn’t know what to tell them.

Being on Twitter or Facebook has nothing whatsoever to do with accessing your blog. This is the URL http://russelllittlehawk.wordpress.com/ and they access it like they do any other site on the internet. If you are referring to comments then you control who can comment. The two buttons you refer to are just for providing two extra ways to log-in and comment.
This page > Settings > Discussion
Discussion settings is where you set up defaults for comments.
We can also overide the default settings and enable or disable future comments on any post or page.
