How do I take this blog off line?

  I thought I had taken this blog off line. I want to know the subscribers and tell them it’s going off line.

  You can reach the subscribers by creating a new post.

  If you would like to remove the site temporarily, you should set it as private.

  If you would like to delete the site permanently, use the Tools → Delete Site option.

  where do I set it as private? (My techieis on vacation)
