How the f*** does one upload a picture for user profile

  I have tried numerous ways to try and upload a picture of an author on our site and have uploaded the 0.9.5.2 plugin and the profile will not update with the photo. I would have thought this is such a basic need that it would be quite simple, but the directions with the plug are hardly that.

  Any suggestions?

  if you are using plugins with your blog you are in the wrong forum.

  mostly likely you have a self-hosted blog with WordPress.ORG.
