How the [heck] do I contact someone about a charge on my card?

Human required. Unauthorized charge on my card, and I can’t find anywhere to contact a human, but plenty of documents saying not to do a chargeback.

I was able to find the supposed invoice numbers for them, but then it says they aren’t valid when trying to see the details. Clearly WP screwed something up.
Seems fraudulent to me, so why should I not initiate a chargeback?

I did check there, and it claims it is for the account I’m logged in as, but there is no purchase history on the account. It provided invoice numbers for both charges, and when trying to view details, they both say “Sorry, we couldn’t find receipt #XXXXXXXX” so that didn’t do any good.
Chargebacks might take your bank 3 months to process, but they are instantly credited by my bank and don’t cost me anything extra (WP can kiss it if they think they are going to charge for losing a chargeback, that charge will just get disputed as well. The domain is already transferred out of their control (and that was done two weeks prior to being charged) so they don’t have any leverage.I’d be nicer if they acted like a real company and provided actual phone support. Hell, even Google I can get on a phone.

Are you sure you don’t have another account as this one was only created three months ago. If you reveal the address of your site then a member of staff will be able to assist you quicker.

Perhaps https://wordpress.com/forums/users/rewindinthyme/ which was created a few days before the other account?
