How the hell do I get some help – it has been days and days and I can't get anyone to make this

As before – WordPress site is not connecting with Facebook. Have tied the various suggestions/maneuvers on your support page. Is this such a large/uncaring organization that I cannot get a real person to give me personalized help?

So, “time thief” are you some part of the WordPress organization? (you seem to be taking their part by saying “everyone answering questions here are real human beings.”) the plan I have is premium and I paid money for it (now am being asked for more). But I tried to make contact days ago saying the site suddenly stopped sharing with Facebook. Got a semiliterate reply guiding me to help sites – but which I either couldn’t follow or the maneuvers didn’t fix it. I am very frustrated – it’s like all “help” – just send the person to some highly technical site that mere mortals can’t understand.
