  No its not any kind of plugins or something its a gif image you can get it from net or you itself can make out in photoshop or any other editor.

  Search video tutorials for how to make gif and embed in wordpress.

  pay no attention to the plugin advice above – it is useless on a WordPress.COM blog as no upgrade short of the VIP program (beginning around $20,000/year I think) will let you use a plugin here – Plugin’s are only for WordPress.ORG sites as you will notice in the useless links left above
