How thoroughly does "deleting all blog content" really go?

  I’m considering asking the Happiness Engineers to empty one of my blogs of all content so I can start over with a clean slate. But first I wanted to know: If they delete my blog of all content will currently-subscribed followers and people still be subscribed to it?

  Yes. They subscribed to the URL.

  We cannot delete or block anyone from subscribing to a public blog and Staff will not remove them. You can make your blog “private”.
