  I lost my header when I upgraded for CSS, so I uploaded a gif where the header used to be. Now I’d like to add a long horizontal line below that to separate the heading from the body of the blog where the posts are. Is this possible? thanks

  Yes, but as for the instructions for that, you’re pretty much on your own. As already explained, there is very, very minimal volunteer support for CSS. Your best bet is to take a couple of weeks and work through the tutorials listed; by then you’ll be fluent and able to make the changes. Basically CSS forum support is only for people who’ve already done some changes, but have come up against a particular puzzler.
