  For a free alternative, you can upload your videos to various places and embed it to your post:

  We currently support embedding videos from YouTube, Vimeo, Hulu, Flickr, DailyMotion, Viddler, Blip.tv, TED Talks, Educreations, Instagram, Vine, and Videolog.

  If you want to upload them to WordPress, you will need the VideoPress upgrade.
