  Hi @isisnfriends, are they subscribed to your site? You can see your site followers here:
  https://wordpress.com/people/followers/isisnfriends.wordpress.com

  There’s an email tab as well. If you want them to be unsubscribed, you can remove them. They would be able to re-add themselves though unless you make the site private.
