How to Access Classic Editor
-
I posted a question about this once, but literally cannot find my posted question about the Classic Editor, or a solution, as follows.
I’ve searched the Forum, Q&A , Help, etc., etc. and have found nothing that works in accessing the Classic Editor.
The three dots do not provide a way. My WP Admin does not.
What is a simple way to get the Classic Editor back? Like others here, I’ve spent a couple of years developing the “overall look” for my blog and want to keep it. The reason people choose a blogging platform is because they like what they found, not because they think every few months they’ll be required to re-learn and/or re-do.
What is a simple reliable way to access the Classic Editor please?
Thank you,

My WP Admin does not.
What do you see at wp-admin? What happens if you go to https://shortwalkdarkstreet.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php

Thank you.
When I access WP Admin via Dashboard I get a What’s On Your Mind/ Quick Draft Template on the upper left that defaults to Block when I use it to post a draft.
When try to post via “Add New Post” (including at the link you provided) I get a draft template that says Add Title and Start Typing to Add Block. The editing template includes block editing choices on a left-hand nav bar and a block editing pop-up in the writing area.
Best wishes,
