How to access Live Chat with WordPress Pro?

  I paid to get Pro and *still* can’t access the live chat. I keep getting directed to email. My site is down and I desperately need to talk to someone to get it back up. That’s the only reason I paid for Pro and I *still* can’t access anyone! Help!

  To be clear, the site isn’t actually the one listed. I use this account to secure zacharylevenson.com, which is currently down, and I’m trying to get it back up!

  Livechat might take longer at weekends. Which site did you buy a Pro plan for?? zacharylevensondotcom.wordpress.com?
  Your other site appears to be hosted by GoDaddy. You can’t buy a Pro plan for a site hosted here at WordPress.com to get help for a site hosted at GoDaddy.
