How to access my account

  I have an account (https://romeoluzzi.wordpress.com/), but it’s been a year since I updated it and I don’t remember changing the password, but I must have because all the ones that I have saved do not work and I can’t seem to get any help from WordPress. Are there any hackers that can help me out or is there a magic place to get help from WordPress itself. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

  If you have access to primary email id of that account
  Then you can reset your password.

  Follow the steps given in below link to reset your password

  Unfortunately for whatever reason I try to provide my account email and it creates a new account for me. Isn’t there anyway to get someone at WordPress to talk to me?
