-
Hello,
I would like to delete my domain name “www.anouslamerique.com” blog “anouslamerique.wordpress.com” to use it to make a blog with wordpress.org bought my own design on a platform.
Thereafter so I would remove it.
I think that made the domain name is associated prevents me to access my administration page “http://anouslamerique.com//wp-login.php”
If you can help me in this process because I have trouble.
Sincerely,
Fred

Hi there – you can log into your WordPress.com account by logging in at either of these addresses:
http://anouslamerique.wordpress.com/wp-admin
http://anouslamerique.com/wp-admin
You can point your custom domain name anouslamerique.com to your new self-hosted site by logging into your Domain Administration area under Store > Domains – and following the instructions here:
If you need any further help, just let us know.

If I understand correctly, I need to change the DNS.
But when I want to change, here is the message:
“You cannot change the selected domain because it is not in an active status.” -

(Sorry, I do have a problem with the forum because I receive an error message when I publish and suddenly I still had 2 publications … I did not post 10 times in the same position but recall my previous posts.)

But when I want to change, here is the message:
“You cannot change the selected domain because it is not in an active status.”Would you mind taking a screenshot of where you see that error to help in troubleshooting?
Here’s a guide on how to make a screenshot, if you’re not sure: http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/
You can upload the screenshot in your Media Library and then post a link so I can see it.
Thanks.
