How to access my blog to cancel account by making a new one

  I would like to cancel my first account but I no longer have that account information to deactivate it. I just made a new account to see if I can access my first blog. How do I do so?

  If you have access issues to your first account, then submit this Account Recovery Form https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
