How to access my site after a long absence

  help! It’s been over a year since i accessed my site and now everything seems to have changed and i can’t seem to get in to edit or add blogs. The site is there. I seem logged in although I don’t recognise my username (melissa + a string of numbers/letters) and there’s no dashboard. How do i get back into the dash board.

  I have two wordpress sites and it’s urgent i get back into them.
