how to access the normal view

    hello after logging into wordpress.com, earlier there was icon with dots at the top left side besides the selected blog. on which clicking the icon image was changing and it was allowing to access view blog and or access blog settings screen in black and white (grey) color manner.
    Sorry if i could not make you understand what i am looking for.
    but pls help. the current settings and display does not have any provision to access the blog details in the manner it was available previously.
    pls provide solution.
