How to access "Try now" customisation options?

  When pressing “try now” for custom design it send me to a 404 page on my own blog, with the URL https://alraye.wordpress.com/wp-admin/undefined/wp-admin/customize.php. I am using the Hexa theme. Is this a known bug? I have cleared my cache and cookies, no effect.

  That’s strange. It should take you to this address: https://alraye.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?product=45&view=purchase&ref=store-wp-admin&free-trial=1 — if you go there, perhaps that works?
