how to access wordpress live chat support

    i signed up for a wordpress business account and have been having trouble getting mysite (blissphotobooth.wordpress.com) to show up on my dashboard’s list of sites. How does one access the live chat. i know i am support to have access to live chat by going to my dashboard but nowhere on the dashboard does it allow me to do so…hope someone can point me in the right direction.

    Hi there,

    It looks like you set up that site and bought the plan using a different username, blissphotobooth. You need to be logged in as that username to manage that site, and also to access chat support.

    If you want to use this account to manage that site instead, you can either transfer the site to this account by following the instructions here:

    Transferring a Site to Another WordPress.com Account

    Or you can add this account as an admin on the site, which will allow you to manage the site and access support while logged in as this account, though you’ll still need to log in as the other account to renew and manage your upgrades.

    Thanks Kokkieh, you were correct! Apparently i had two accounts with usernames that are very similar to each other hence the mix up. Anyhow, i was able to log into the other account (blissphotobooth) and we are all sorted out now. Thanks so much for the help.
