How to access wp?

  I built a site PeterAshleySalon.com. The domain was owned by a former employee and it has expired. The owner will not release the domain to me. I have purchased a new domain name and need to migrate the files from the old site. When I try to access the site PeterAshleySalon.com/wp-admin I get the message that the domain has expired. How do I access the back end?

  Every blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog under that username account. That username account has to add your username account as Admin to the blog you want to be transferred to you and use the process to transfer the blog to it so you can access it.
