How to activate followers gravatar images for sidebar?

  I have seen some websites have their followers gravatar images in a big square collage in their sidebar , but can’t seem to find out if I can do the same thing. I have a wordpress hosted blog – can I still do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s the Facebook like-box widget and it is found here > Appearance > Widgets
