How to activate multisite-tool?

  Hi there,

  I want to activate the multisite-tool. I guess I can’t edit wp-config.php. It is possible on wordpress.com?

  I want to try thisone: http://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  well it says that multisite is now standard within wordpress. So I guess it only works for own installations?
