How to activate the theme and not to pay second time?

I have payed for theme Traction at TemplateSold.com. Now I need to use it fo my blog, but I cannot use the theme without paying again. What do I do?

We cannot install any themes into WordPress.com free hosted blogs. We can only use the themes that are not found here > Appearance > Themes
