how to activate the wordpress assistant chat

    Hi, i am about to create a blog but i need some help. I have the business option and sometimes i had the live chat and i used it but some others i can not find it (as now) and i am getting crazy…. where is this live chat? Thanks for your help :)

    I need to find my IP address and all the links its giving me do not provide this. I also cant find a contact email or number so that I may speak with someone. Please help, I am trying to direct my domain to my wordpress account and nobody has been able to do so…..
