How to actually make or post an announcement…

    I cannot for the life of me figure out how to POST an announcement in a wordpress blog. Do people just know what that means and jthey just go use a block or something weird i dont know about lol? I was asked to make an announcemnt on my blog, and the option doesn’t seem to exist.

    Hi there!

    What kind of announcement are you thinking about? There is no “announcement” type of content on WordPress.com, but you can add a new post with the announcement you want to make and stick it to the top of the blog page.
    How you design that post is entirely up to you. If you’d like to share some more details on how you imagine it, we can try and advise a bit more :)

    As mentioned above, you can make an announcement by clicking “Stick to the top of the blog” checkbox to the right of the Post.
