how to add 301 redirection to wordpress site?

  i tried to redirect this url http://Abc.com to http://www.Abc.com, but the plugins are not working. i tried redirection, redirect, simple 301 etc, but no one is working.

  i don’t have ftp access, so can any help suggest me any plugin to set permanent 301 redirection.

  You can’t use plugins on a WordPress.com blog and there is no FTP access here. If you want plugins and Please read this:
