How to add a Bloglovin "Image Button"

Hi all,
I have been trying to add a bloglovin image button to my blog.. without success. I do have a working bloglovin link on the bottom left of my blog but I would much rather have an image button. On the bloglovin website they say that these images are not compatible with wordpress.com but I have seen wordpress.com blogs with these buttons… so my guess is there is a way around it.
Does anyone know how to place these buttons on a blog?
