How to add a bottom border to widgets in sidebar

    I’m using the twenty ten theme in an integrated blog. The sidebar is in need of some graphics to break up the text only content. Can someone tell me what I need to do to add a bottom border/divider line between widgets? I thought about adding a text link with a divider line image, but I’m thinking a little CSS bottom border would be better. I just don’t know where to put it.
