How to add a DNS record to a mapped custom domain
-
I have registered naturalprogrammer.com with NameBright, and have mapped it to my wordpress.com blog. It’s NameServers at NameBright are set to ns1.wordpress.com etc.
Now, I want to add a CNAME record for “books.naturalprogrammer.com” For this, when I go to https://wordpress.com/my-domains/, I don’t see naturalprogrammer.com listed there.
Would appreciate guidance on it.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please make sure you have followed all the steps in this article to map the domain: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/#instructions-for-mapping-an-existing-domain
After this, let us know if the issue still exists.

Hi there,
When you go to https://wordpress.com/my-domains you will see a dropdown menu where you can select the site you want to manage, and the domains linked to that specific site. You’ll need to be sure to choose your naturalprogrammer.com site in the dropdown there, or you can use this direct link to get to that site’s My Domains page:
https://wordpress.com/my-domains/75452900
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
