How to Add a Floating Sidebar?

  I have Seen a lot of websites in which the sidebar goes way down. Some show adsense ads while other show affialite products. Can any one please tell me which plugin they use? I want to Use it for my Independence Day 2014 blog.

  Hi independenceday2k14,

  The location of the sidebar depends on the theme you use. You can preview or demo the theme first before you activate it. Plugins are only applicable to self-hosted blogs and web sites using the WordPress.org software. Plugins are not permitted here at WordPress.com for various security reasons. What you can add are Widgets instead of Plugins.
