How to add a 'Leave a comment' on a page?

  I can’t select a ‘Leave a comment’ on a page, only a like?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi!

  To enable comments on a WordPress.com page, open https://wordpress.com/pages and choose the page on which you would like to enable comments on.

  It should open up the page editor screen. Click on “More options” on the right and enable “Allow comments”

  Do you also know how to make a subpage under a head page and seeing the subpages when I go with the mouse over the head page?
