How to add a link Category to my Blog

  Hi guys, I have chosen the ChaoticSoul design for my blog. Now i would like to add a link category to it (I have categories like PAGES; ARCHIVES; CATEGORIES; can i decide what do i want?), but there is no link category… i added some links under Manage; Manage links; Add new link: But this links are not showen on my blog.
  Does this depend on my Blog design, or can i add links, if yes, tell me please how… THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

  No it does not depend on the theme. You just go to Design>Widgets and add the Links Widget.
