How to add a link to new blog posts on primary menu?

    My home page is a static page. I would like to add the blogroll link on the primary menu of my website. How do I find the link to all the new blog posts?

    Just as if I had my reading settings as “Front Page Displays: Post Page”

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    You don’t really mean blogroll: a blogroll is a list of links to other blogs.
    You need to publish a blank page in Pages > Add New, titling it Blog or Posts or whatever you prefer, then set this page as your posts page in Settings > Reading. Then you can add it to your menu.
