How to add a link to the menu bar?

  I’ve recently begun a personal wordpress.com blog in which I discuss an array of subjects that I find interesting. I saw a blog (http://100gf.wordpress.com/) in which the blogger was able to link a menu button to a category feed (i.e. the “Politics” menu item directs you to “http://100gf.wordpress.com/category/politics/”). Is there a way for me to do this with my blog?

  I’m a noob, so just in case it’s necessary my theme is Choco (by http://cssmayo.com/). Thanks in advance.
