How to add a Mr. Linky?

Add topic to favorites
I would like to host a Christmas “walk” but I don’t know how to do a “Mr. Linky” so that people can join. That seems like kind of a strange name, but I don’t know what else it’s called! Help, please?

Boomama has a Christmas house tour at http://boomama.net/2007/12/17/in-which-there-is-much-decking-of-many-halls/. She invites people to link to her post about the tour. They enter their names on a numbered list. Each name on the list can be clicked on and you are taken to THEIR post that is a tour of their house. Is what I’m describing a blog carnival? If so, where do I go to get that?
