How to add a new blog to an existing account

  Okay, I’ve searched the forums, looked at the FAQs and the answer must be right in front of my face, because I can’t find it anywhere.

  I can find how to delete one out of many blogs, but I simply do not see how to add an additional blog to my existing account.

  Any pointers would be mucho appreciated.

  Click on “home” at the head of this page. On the “home” page click on “register another blog” – the registration link is in the top right hand quadrant of the page.

  If you would like to create a blog
  but when you first signed up, you created just a username and not a blog address (yourname.wordpress.com)
  then
  log in,
  click the button that reads ‘Press This’ (in the upper-right)
  that will allow you to create a blog with (yourname.wordpress.com)

  I ran into this an am posting this here.

  I can find “Press this” on the upper right.

  Can you please guide me through this instruction. I tried creating a new blog, but it stopped me because my user name and my email has been used.

  Try following TimeThief’s instructions. You do not need to register a new account, just a new blog (the username & email issue tells me you were trying to create a new account)

  Actually Press This is something else. It’s a short cut to making a new post.

  If you’re logged in, visit the main http://wordpress.com page. You should see the link to create a new blog.
