How to add a new page with the ability to make multiple posts?

I currently have the pages “home”, “about”, “privacy”. I want to add a new page “books” where I will post book reviews. I want my reviews to be on a different page so readers can view this section separately from the mainpage.
How to add a new page with the ability to make multiple posts? Is this even possible?

My suggestion is to make a category called Books, and add the Category widget to your sidebar. When you write a review make sure to mark it with the Books category. Readers who then click on the Books category in your sidebar will be presented with a “page” of all your posted reviews, starting with your most recent first. That’s how a blog works.
