How to add a non-wordpress blog to the widget of 'blogs I follow'?

  I would like to follow an independent, google blog. But I don’t know how to add it to my widget of ‘blogs I follow’. Please guide me as to what I need to do.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You simply add the URL in the box here http://wordpress.com/following/edit/ and click the + Follow button. That`s it.
