Need to add a page, use to go to the top and get there but it is not there anymore, need to add a page and some photos,

thanks, have made a new page but cannot find how to publish, there is no ‘edit’ button anywhere.

I have not got ‘Dashboard’ any more, that was easy to use, what is the matter with this now, has it all changed, think I might have to go somewhere else, this is getting far to complicated
