how to add a page in a menu

  Hi,
  I’m sorry to bother you for this very basic kind of request but I cannot fathom how to add a page I have recently created to appear in a menu also recently created. This is the unpublished piece http://wp.me/P1pYfE-96 I wish to publish under the menu link called “where I live” http://shabnamphoto.wordpress.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php. Could you be so kind as to assist me in achieving this on my blog.
