How to add a page widget?
-
Hi, I’m sure you’ve heard this question many times, but I am still a little confused even though I know I’ve done this, or something similar, before. When I tried to make my About This Site page the front page, as IMO it should be, I lost my row of links over the top of my theme and also the links to pages in the sidebar. I can’t seem to locate the widgets options, I assume using a Page widget would fix the problem?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We can’t answer any questions without a link to the blog, starting with http. We always need to see the blog in order to help.

Oh sorry, I thought you had one via my login…
Anyway, I did find what I needed, I googled online and learned that what I want is under Appearances. I found the widgets option there, got hold of a Page widget, and even though I don’t have the tabs along the top anymore, I really don’t see a big need for them, as the widget has the links in the side bar now. Tabs would be a bit redundant IMO.
So…currently I’m good! :)
