How to add a picture and link from a website or blog?

    Other sites post pics and a link in the artists name to take you to their site. How can I do that.I’d like to post pictures by other artists that would lead the reader to their site. Are permissions required?

    Well, the AP certainly would say permissions are required. If what you are doing falls under fair use, than no, no permissions are required. Go to http://copyright.gov to see what fair use consists of. To do it, at the top of your editing panel, you should see a little icon that looks like a picture, click on it, fill in the picture URL, title, etc. At the bottom, you can choice to take the reader somewhere if they click on the picture.
