How to add a post on new page ?

  Hi All,
  I have created a page called WP7 which is located on top navigation beside the About link, i want to post some articles on this page, how can i do this?
  in post link i am able to add posts only on main page but i want to add some posts on newly created page also.

  how can i do this ? please help me.

  Pages are static and sit outside the blog structure. You cannot “post” to pages. To organize posts on wordpress, you use categories. You can then either place the categories widget into the sidebar and when people click on a category name they get a listing of the posts in that specific category, or you can use the custom menu feature here and put the categoies into the main navigation.
